The ANTIMICROBIAL (BUGS/VIRUS) MOUTHWASH

The common household cleaner Clorox (Sodium Hypochlorite) can serve as a potent mouthwash against disease causing oral bacteria and virus.

ONE TEASPOON CLOROX IN ½ CUP OF WATER – STIR
SWISH IN YOUR MOUTH FOR 30 SECONDS
DO NOT WASH IT OUT FOR 15 MINUTES
MAKE A FRESH BATCH EACH TIME
REPEAT TWICE A WEEK

This mouthwash in addition to proper brushing and flossing will lower your dental disease and ultimately treatment costs. The makers of Crest, Listerine, etc. do not want you to know this for obvious reasons. Use a very simple toothpaste with out all the chemicals.

If you would like to read the research behind this, it comes from my USC dental school.
